These are some of the programs that we have implemented, according to the different education stages:
In order to have an impact in all of the country’s regions, this program takes place in Cartagena and it’s provided to children and youths in the Mamonal sector, where they use dance as an activity that promotes their self-development and contributes towards preventing psychosocial risks.
This program gives a boost to youths in Nemocón, Cundinamarca, so they can complete their technical baccalaureate and increase their overall employability.
Through the Educating with Energy program, we have worked to help youths in public educational institutions of Bogotá, Gachancipa, Flandes and Girardot to strengthen their socio-emotional skills and develop a life-project. It has reached, during 5 years of its implementation, 12 educational institutions and more than 16,000 youths have participated in its workshops and activities.
With Educating with Energy’s methodological and educational strategy, a specialized course was developed in "Strategies for the strengthening of socio-emotional skills, vocational and professional orientation and life trajectories", which was included as part of the teacher training program of the Public Education Office in 2018, and it benefited 510 teachers from 153 Educational Institutions in Bogotá.
This program seeks to help youths with limited resources to increase their job possibilities in ecotourism, agro-industry and technology, in order to achieve a positive impact within the communities in which these youths live in the department of Huila.
This program seeks to fully train teenage mothers in technical careers, in order to improve their conditions so they can easily access the job market. It seeks to increase the opportunities for self-development of women with limited economic resources, this is done through scholarships in technical studies given to teenage mothers in the city of Cartagena.
This project supports youths in the areas directly influenced by our projects so they can train in careers that have job prospects or start-ups that contribute to their municipalities quality of life. Municipalities: San Antonio, Sibaté, El Colegio, Soacha, Ubalá, Gachalá and Gama.
Through the improvement of the infrastructure and the installations of Educational Institutions, this project contributes to quality education by improving the learning environments of children and young people, and reducing conditions that generate electrical risks. This project has benefited educational institutions in: Bogotá, Cartagena, San Antonio del Tequendama, Sibaté, Granada, El Colegio, Ubalá, Yaguará and Tocancipá.
