This program seeks to promote community empowerment and promote cooperative scenarios where social and institutional actors can contribute towards building processes for development and peace, based on a comprehensive and sustainable human perspective. The program has a presence in 17 municipalities of the departments of Boyacá, Caldas, Cundinamarca and Antioquia, where our support is focused on the municipalities where we implement our programs : La Palma, Caparrapi, Yacopí, Guaduas and Puerto Salgar.
In partnership with the Red Prodepaz, we are building public advocacy processes in the territories where the development and peace programs are being implemented, by establishing citizen agendas in order to create proposals that influence current national policies, and peace implementation.
This program promotes citizen participation and organization in order to support the self-development of the people who comprise the Community Action Councils and other community leaders, through training and knowledge exchanges pertaining issues such as organizational strengthening, productive processes, citizenship and democracy. The municipalities where we develop the program are: Cartagena - Bolívar, Ubalá zones A and B, Gachalá and Gama, Cartagena - Bolívar, El Colegio, Sibaté and San Antonio de Tequendama and Soacha.
This program strengthens productive chains and the cocoa and coffee marketing process, its leaders are farmers and women head of the household in the department of Cundinamarca, who, through the planting of these products, seek to improve their quality of life and that of their communities.
Cocoa: Municipality of Ubalá - Cundinamarca: We provide the ASOAGROMA Producers Association of Mámbita with capital to strengthen the post-harvest process and to build parabolic drying systems and canopies.
Coffee: Municipalities of Gachalá, Gachetá (Guavio) - Viotá and El Colegio - Cundinamarca: With the assistance of Cundinamarca’s Coffee Growers Committee and Socodevi, we supported the construction of four (4) coffee processing centers, as a socio-business strengthening strategy for the Producers Associations in each municipality and the improvement of post-harvest conditions and dry coffee parchment marketing.
It is a sales training program for vulnerable youths, which promotes technical education and job search for beneficiaries. This initiative sponsors young people in their training process and offers spaces for a complementary and comprehensive education, to have better trained personnel in this economic sector.

Within the Shared Value Creation Plan of the Compartir Substation project, we developed this initiative to support the creation of start-ups in a local entrepreneurship ecosystem, in order to generate economic growth and strengthen the social fabric in areas directly influenced by the project Compartir Substation, through the implementation of the "Enterprise Facilitation" model created by Ernesto Sirolli. This initiative contributes to the goal of raising the levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological modernization and innovation.
