The current situation is changing us, it is forcing us to adapt to face the day to day in the best way possible, and we, as a service company, must learn, teach and modify processes so that our customers feel that we still with them.
For this reason, on March 27, 220 of our collaborators were trained by EAN University professors and trainers from contractor companies, on different topics as part of a contingency plan against the current pandemic.
The central theme was Digital Transformation, and was supported with writing, omnichannel and user experience workshops; The objective of the courses was to familiarize our collaborators with the digital channels that facilitate the implementation of this contingency plan and optimize company processes for customer service.
The initiative, developed within the framework of the training program of the Enel Business School, the training school for ENEL contractors, was designed and has been implemented by Enel Colombia and EAN University since 2017.
Programs like this make us proud and we will not hesitate to continue promoting them as a positive way to face this new moment that we are currently living. Thanks to them, today our employees have stronger digital skills and Enel-Codensa customers enjoy better at-home service.
