Among the new features of these facilities is a smart window that will enable the self-service of some transactions, refer to the CODENSA website, issue payment receipts and receive virtual attention from a service agent who will be able to resolve user's concerns and questions. It will also feature an auto-support module and a hotline to provide more contact options with the Company.
