Codensa installs the first intelligent customer service window

  • Located in the Company’s Service Center in the Mercurio shopping mall in Soacha.
  • Through a touchscreen installed on the external glass of the Service Center, clients will have access to the Codensa services during extended hours.
  • The window features services provided by a virtual assistant through a video chat.

 

CODENSA, an ENEL Group company, presented today the first intelligent window installed by the company in the Soacha Service Center. This is the first of ten windows the Company will be installing during the next two years.

The novel tool will provide client access to the various services in an agile, timely, and simple way and will be available even should the Service Center be closed.

“In CODENSA we are permanently implementing the best practices and tools available to serve our clients, looking for their convenience and according to their available times and routines", said the Company.

This first intelligent window, which required an investment of COP $150 million, will allow serving clients in Soacha from 7 AM to 9 PM, every day of the week.

Through this window, clients will have access to a face-to-face service through a video call made to a virtual advisor, which through a remote connection will provide the required support. Clients will also have access to invoices, will be able to print copies, and will have access to the Crédito Fácil products and services, also being able to browse the Codensa webpage among other services.

This intelligent window will become the most innovative communications channel among clients and Codensa and will also gradually eliminate client congestion in service centers.

The installation of the intelligent window in Soacha is the first of a pilot plan the Company is carrying out. New windows will be installed in the Kennedy and Restrepo service centers during the first half of 2017, which will also be remodeled to provide added comfort, agility, and service quality.

This way, Codensa takes a new step in making innovation and state-of-the-art technology available to its clients.
