- Receive all the information, guidance and advice you need to perform any procedure before ENEL COLOMBIA S.A. E.S.P.
- The correct application of rates in the invoice according to the regulations in force.
- To exercise your Right of Defense at the Company's headquarters
- Inform Enel Colombia about any change in ownership of the property where you receive the electricity service.
- Use the electricity service under the characteristics established in the Public.
- Electricity Service Contract.
- Allow the revision of the meters and their reading, installing them in visible places and with easy access for Enel Colombia officials or personnel.
- The proper maintenance and proper use of electrical installations, equipment and appliances, to avoid damage that may cause deficiencies or interruptions in the supply of the service.
- Comply with the timely payment of connection services and payment bills issued by Enel Colombia.
- Request the Company to duplicate the invoice when it has not been delivered.
- Allow Enel Colombia to disconnect the measuring and the connection equipment in case it is required for the suspension or disconnection of the service.
