Lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, specialized in Labor Law and Industrial Relations, Public Management and Administrative Institutions from Universidad de Los Andes. Has been the General Secretary of Empresa de Energía de Bogotá for more than 20 years and has participated in the different acquisitions and M&A processes carried out by Grupo de Energía de Bogotá in the electricity and gas sector.
He was General Manager of Calidda - Gas Natural de Lima y Callao S.A. and President of Transportadora de Gas al Interior (TGI). He has extensive experience in transformations and capitalizations of companies and has worked for nearly twenty years in management and development in domiciliary public utilities companies.
