For the installation of meters and measurement groups, request to schedule your appointment (date and time) at the Service Line 6016000 option 2.
For projects in Bogota and Sabana:
Present, together with the work order folder, the meter collection authorization form signed by the owner of the work. Download the document at the end of this article.
- Once your work is reviewed and accepted, we will automatically generate the meter installation order.
- A crew will install the meters and deliver the commercial offer on site.
- You can make the payment for the meters after installation.
The meters will be installed within five business days after the following requirements have been met:
- Work related to technical-documentary approval.
- Meters supplied by the customer available at CAM.
- Meters purchased from Enel Colombia paid.
The measurement groups will be installed once the following requirements have been met:
- Work related to technical-documentary approval.
- Measurement group supplied by the customer available at CAM.
- Measurement group purchased from Enel Colombia paid.
- The project must be powered by Enel Colombia.
Purchase of meters and measurement groups from Enel Colombia
The energy meters and measurement groups sold by Enel Colombia are duly certified, calibrated and have a 3-year guarantee, and are supplied ready for installation at competitive market prices. Purchase of meters and measurement groups from individuals
The meters must comply with the regulatory requirements, for which you must take into account the following steps:
- Acquire the meters.
- Request the preparation of the payment liquidation of the seals and installation (it is required that Enel Colombia has already approved the associated work both technically and documentarily).
- Claim the payment liquidation at the service centers: Suba, Calle 80, San Diego, Venecia, Zipaquirá, Madrid, Chía, Kennedy, Restrepo, Galerías; and at Cades: Cade Plaza de las Américas, Supercade Américas, Supercade cadastro, Cade Santa Lucia, Cade Chico.
- Pay the amount corresponding to the payment liquidation.
- Deliver the meters at CAM (Av. Cr. 68 N ° 5-21 Phone: 4173000) for review and preparation. CAM will provide you with a service order number.
Measurement groups must comply with standards and certifications:
- Acquire the measurement group with the provider of your choice.
- Request the preparation of the payment liquidation of the revision and installation.
- Claim your payment liquidation at the service centers: Suba, Calle 80, San Diego, Venecia, Zipaquirá, Madrid, Chía, Kennedy, Restrepo, Galerías; y los Cades: Cade Plaza de las Américas, Supercade Américas, Supercade catastro, Cade Santa Lucía, Cade Hábitat, Cade Chico.
- Deliver the measurement group at CAM for parameterization and/or calibration.
- The amount corresponding to the payment liquidation will be charged to your account after the equipment is installed.
