Dear Proponent,
We invite you to submit Technical Documentation, in accordance with provisions of the specifications & conditions annex No. DGC_001_2016, to participate in the pre-selection of coal proponents process by Enel Colombia S.A. E.S.P, for an eventual process for contracting coal supply for the Martin Del Corral "Termozipa" Thermoelectric Power Plant.
This invitation, any documents that are annexed or produced in the development of the same, and the acceptance as preselected proponents, do not obligate Enel Colombia to contract with said proponents, nor do they create the obligation to accept any of the submitted documents or to assume any other obligation. This is a mere invitation to participate in a coal proponent pre-selection process by Enel Colombia.
The technical documentation detailed in specifications & conditions No. DGC_001_2016 must be delivered at the address: Carrera 13A No. 93-66, Floor 1, filing office, Bogota, D.C. Colombia, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Documentation submitted after the date and time indicated in the following timeline will not be accepted:

It is advised to initiate the REPRO Supplier Registration proceeding upon receipt of this invitation, bearing in mind that the registration process can take from 2 up to 4 weeks. This is so that the PROPONENT can submit their REPRO certificate within the deadline established in the process timeline. It is essential to submit the REPRO Registration Certificate to participate in this process. No questions or queries are accepted in this process. Any attempt of interference, influence or undue report on the analysis of the pre-selection process by the Proponent through any official of Enel Colombia for this process will be cause for immediate disqualification of the Proponent.
